Blue Hydrangeas are one of my favorite flowers to paint, and my garden is filled with them this week, thanks to more rain in North Texas today. The pinks are glorious, but the blues are my favorites.  There was much excitement in the studio, since I launched my first full length instructional video yesterday. I attempted to explain the significance of this milestone to my studio helpers, but they insisted on early lunch and afterward collapsed into snoring piles around my feet.

The hubby and I saw Jersey Boys at the Bass Performance Hall in Ft. Worth, Texas, this afternoon, and enjoyed it so much. I highly recommend it, it was one of the best live performances I have ever seen, and the Bass was amazing (I had never been before). Here is a picture of one of my little garden helpers, Flower Sommelier Java Cheesy, inspecting my hydrangeas this morning to give you a grin! I hope you have some helpers afoot to give you smiles, and always remind you of the really truly important life events, such as early dinner, early lunch, and double brekkies!

The studio models take a bow!
