Love's Embrace White Hydrangeas and a Special Workshop Visitor by Nancy Medina

Love's Embrace White Hydrangeas is the newest painting in Flower Mound Studio, as I unpack from my workshop and catch up on all the moving parts of this new job of mine, full time artist, art teacher, and stay at home pug mom! I had a very special visitor to my workshop in Irving, Texas, on Sunday, Billa the pug, and her mom, Sarah. Sarah's mother was one of the students, herself a very accomplished artist, and it was quite a treat to have such a talented little four footed fashionista lend a paw to an original work of art!

So lovely, Nancy! I was wondering about the history of the blue vase....how many appearances in paintings did it make?

Billa is beautiful and I'm guessing part of the Pug lineage includes Bulldogs. Why? That long tongue. Love those heavenly flowers!!

Marie I have lost count of how many times I've painted Big Blue! I really need to find a clone, in case anything ever happens to him... :)

Thanks so much Ana!

Thanks Sherry, plus they make all those snorfley noises which are so cute!
