It was a blazing hot summer day, so the boss allowed me to take a mid-afternoon studio break to whip up some Cool Whip Cookies. She got to lick the spoon. I found the recipe through a friend on Facebook, and its's a great snack for youngsters who like to help in the kitchen.

Cool Whip Cookies

One box Cake Mix (any flavor)
One egg
8 oz Cool Whip
Powdered Sugar

Blend cake mix, egg and cool whip, then drop by spoonfuls into powdered sugar and bake on greased cookie sheet at 325 for 12 minutes. Let cool before removing from the cookie sheet. Be sure to let your helper lick the cool whip spoon.
