Midnight Lilies by Texas Flower Artist Nancy Medina

Midnight Lilies by Nancy Medina
16X20
Oil on Museum Quality Linen Panel

Midnight Lilies is the newest painting in Flower Mound Studio. It's been quite a day, Mom is back in the hospital with complications from her COPD, so we are focusing lots of prayers and healing thoughts that she will be home again soon. She is in good spirits and is doing better now, and she had a very special visitor today, a friend from her work at the courthouse long ago. It may seem like a small thing, but it was such a beautiful act of kindness, I don't think I'll ever forget it. It was wonderful to hear mom laugh and recount some of the stories from years ago.

Oh dear, Nancy. I also hope and pray your mom gets back home soon and so glad she had such a wonderful day. The midnight lilies are beautiful but I do hope you were not up and painting at midnight! I know you work so today will be tough if so!

I love this painting Nancy. It is so soft & realistic can almost smell them. I Pray your Mom is doing well & soon be able to get out of Hospital. Does your heart good to hear her laugh & enjoy a friend.
