The studio is smelling fragrant this evening, and not just because I have pugs lying about on pillows hither and yon. The stargazers beckoned in the grocery store this morning, so I shifted gears to pinks and gave the red geraniums the day off! This has been a banner week for art here in Flower Mound Studio. I received word that my painting, Dinner Date Daisies and Sunflowers, won best of show for the Annual Shining Stars Art Show and Benefit. I'm incredibly honored to have won, the artists who participated were wonderful and it was a great achievement to bring home a prize!
