White Blossom Irises is drying on the easel, as I pack my bags for a flight to Coronado, California, and my solo show there on Saturday. Howard always has to make a political statement in these types of situations. I'm looking forward to three days of absolute beautiful weather, having dinner at some nice restaurant that looks out over a sandy beach, and a room at the Loews Coronado, where the staff always treats you like royalty. This is a rare treat, but I sure will miss my paintbrushes and my puggies!

And as we know by now, you had a wonderful show! Where do all these paintings wait out of dust and doggie hair's way, while they dry, Nancy?
