Daisies in a Camelia Rose Garden by Texas Flower Artist Nancy Medina

These daises are a detail image from the large container garden racing toward the finish line in Flower Mound Studio this week. Camelias and Roses Container Garden will be the largest painting I've ever completed, and measures 60X48 with a nice 3 inch deep painted edge. The wonderful folks at Art and Frame by Wood Gallery in Coronado, California, will be receiving this extra large package via UPS as soon as it is dry and ready to ship. Something tells me I'll have to keep fans running night and day for a while to meet the deadline - my solo show in Coronado is coming up fast! I would absolutely love to see you if you happen to be in Southern California April 21.

I just love the daisies, Nancy! There is always something so clean and pure, soft and natural about them. I am reminded of Doris Day and all things wholesome!

Salut Martine! J'aime marguerites, et souhaite également, j'ai vécu près de chez vous, il est beaucoup plus belle endroit où vous vivez et de meilleure qualité pour la peinture. gros câlins du Texas!

Sherry thank you, I was really happy with how the background turned out on these daisies - I have to try this technique again! hugs to you!
