Stargazer Duo is the newest painting in the studio, as I start work on a couple of large paintings, including three commissions and a new container garden. When it rains it pours! I wanted to share with you a few more of my favorite images from the chilly visit to the Dallas Arboretum last week - in one photo is a tulip, unfurled. I am always drawn to these flowers in their last bit of glory, their last gasp, so to speak - when all their inner beauty is revealed!

Purple blue and green is my favorite combo of colors! Your painting is beautiful, as always, Nancy! I must say that those hydrangeas are absolutely breathtaking!
