Blue Hydrangeas and a Tiny Pumpkin is a nod to one of my favorite times of year, when the weather starts getting chilly and the neighbors start hanging paper ghosts and spiders in their trees. Halloween is a big deal in my neighborhood, and so we'll be stocking up on bags and bags of candy. If I'm smart, I won't pick up any of my favorites. I'll only buy the stuff I won't eat!

How do you spend your Halloween? I think I will dress up AnnieBee this year and let her help me answer the front door. She has two giant bags of outfits, so there is bound to be a cheerleader, nurse, or lifeguard outfit in there somewhere.

The little pumpkin takes a bow

Hi Auntie Nancy! Please tell Annie that I don't have not even one costume to wear for Halloween. Have you ever heard of such hooey? Momma has been such a slacker so please tell Annie to send me whatever she decides not to wear.

Je découvre avec délice votre blog grâce à Virginia... Vos fleurs chantent la vie... Une palette éblouissante de couleurs... Un petit détour que je m'autoriserai volontiers en passant chez vous...
Gros bisous.

Tiffy you could go as Lady Godiva-Tiffy! All you need is a long blonde wig! xo

Thank you Bohemian - happy Hallow's eve! (almost!) Love your work, and I'm excited to find the link on your blog to the Art History Challenge!

Merci beaucoup Martine - Je vois que vous aimez la couleur aussi! Merci pour vos aimables paroles à travers le monde, et la maison de mes ancêtres!
