Sunflower Spring Bouquet - Flowers of Coronado Island

Sunflower Spring Bouquet by Nancy Medina

The roses on Coronado Island in Southern
California are amazing. Some are the size of
dinner plates. The red on this one was so
rich I could not pass it by!

One of my favorite flowers of all is the agapanthus,
and these beauties do so well in California.

Another amazing flower, so heavy it was
tilted downward as if napping.

Can you believe they just grow these in the ground?
I'm told there is an entire Fuschia farm in central
California where you can see every shape and color
and size. It's on my bucket list!

Oops, you did it again! I was just going to comment on the path of poppies when I see you added this post. Just beautiful! That red rose is gorgeous, too. Have a great weekend!

There is just no end to the gorgeousness that springs from your paintings, Nancy. This one is delightfully beautiful and I can just see it on a t-shirt, for some reason. A so pretty way to dress up a casual jeans and tee outfit!

Gorgeous paintings and photos. I love the heavy peony (is that a peony?)
