Under the Morning Glories is a new painting with a bit of everything from my back yard garden, but all tamed and tidied and arranged in pots by the artist. My morning glories are finally sprouting, their tiny heart shaped leaves are showing, and the flowers will come later if I remember to water them often enough. This photo below is not from my back yard, but from the spring blossoms of the Dallas Arboretum. I thought you wouldn't mind another picture from my favorite place to paint.

Look at those glorious tree blossoms!!! Beautiful! I love morning glories, Nancy, and I love seeing them peeking over the pansies and lilacs in this beautiful painting!

Nice composition and beautiful flowers, Nancy. I particularly like the poppies in the previous posts. The Dallas Arboretum does, indeed, look like a marvelous place to paint. or simply enjoy the wonders of nature.
