Saundra's Art Challenge

Pink Gerbera
10X10
Oil on Canvas

SOLD

Art teacher and prolific artist Saundra Lane Galloway has posted some photos for her readers on her blog and invited us to paint them. Here is my interpretation of her pot of lovely flowers, minus the Dutch iris. I hope you will pay her blog a visit so we can see what you create from her inspiring photos! Saundra lives in one of the most beautiful places on earth, and her collage aspens are stunning, especially for those of us who still struggle with twig paintings.

Thank you for sharing your photography with us Saundra and for posting the challenge!

Darlin', I think you are far beyond struggling with a twig painting. That gerbera is gorgeous! The shading just makes it.

Keep on making our world a prettier place : )
