Pansies - Tiny Dancers

Tiny Dancers, Pansies
8X10
Oil on Linen Board
Sold

In a few weeks the hubby and I will be heading out to Coronado Island, California. I'll be painting in the garden at Art and Frame by Wood Gallery on April 17 during the flower festival there. Jill, the gallery owner, is collaborating with a nearby tea shop to promote the event and asked me to paint a small pansy painting to place in the window of the tea shop next to the event flyer. The
tea shop is going to serve yummy sandwiches and goodies while I'm painting. I sure hope there are pastries involved!

Nancy- another beautiful painting! You have such a way with capturing the very essence of the flowers you paint. Sounds like a very civilized paint outing. Pastries, yum!!

Pretty pansies, yummy sandwiches, hopefully delish pastries, watching you work your magic on canvas. I don't see how it could get any better!! Wait, I know, if I was there with you!!

Another beautiful painting Nancy! I do hope some more of your work makes it into your Etsy shop. I keep hoping I'll have spending money again soon.

I know you will be busy when you are here but if you do make it up to the OC, I'd love to meet you.

Nancy - these beautiful pansies are one of the reasons I've added you one of my "A PASSION FOR PAINTING" blog awards. Thanks for inspiring all of us.
