Life Steps In...

Carlos and his guitar
February 2009

I took a day off from painting today, my husband and the head chef at the Medina Foster Home for Wayward Pugs had surgery this morning. All went well and the doctors say more tests are ahead. They are hoping it is just his gallbladder, since that is an easy fix.

Life steps in sometimes and reminds me of the important things - for example, this marvelous man whom I adore. Carlos never lets me go more than 3 hours without offering to cook something yummy for me. I am just about the luckiest person on earth!

Hug your loved ones close. That's what it's really all about.

I'm wishing your husband a smooth and speedy recovery!

Does this mean you are doing the cooking?

Carlos is a lucky man to have you on his side. You're lucky to have such a wonderful man. It's nice to see when two great people find eachother. Speedy recovery to your dear Carlos.
