This Whole Artfire Thingy....

Poppies on Lavender
Palette Knife/Oil
Private Collection

I am following in the footsteps of one of my painting mentors and trying to sell some small things on an Etsy-like shop called Artfire (see that new icon over there to the right?). I'm not sure if this is going to be a long-term relationship, or just a fling. If you see the Artfire flashy lady picture over there disappear one day, you can safely assume our relationship fell through. She has a nice smile and everything, but I'm not sure if I can spend a lot of time with someone who lets her air hang down into her wet pottery like that and still look good. That's going to get on my nerves after a while, I can tell already.

Poppies on Lavender has lots of red, so I posted that one to help the whole Artfire announcement along. It lives on the wall of a beautiful home in New England where there resides a lady who helps me do things like make my blog pictures bigger. If you have questions about how to make your blog look cool, you can ask her. She's nice. She won't yell at you if you ask the same question over and over again, believe me, I've tried it.

Thanks Melissa and Jean, not sure yet about Artfire, I think I will try Etsy if this doesn't work out.
